Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we’re here to ensure the return process is smooth and respectful of your time.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • If the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, we cannot accept the return.

  • All original accessories and packaging must be included.

We kindly ask that you inspect the product before opening it, to ensure everything is correct.


Return Costs & Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

  • All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers handling and quality control.

  • Before proceeding, we will provide an estimate of the return shipping cost for your approval.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, less shipping and restocking fees.

  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


1-Year Product Warranty

All Warblue glasses are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product has any issue due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, includes the wrong variant, or has a factory defect, please contact us at info@warblue.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue promptly and send you a replacement, covering all associated shipping costs.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be in processing or in transit and cannot be changed or cancelled.


Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the eligible return window will not be accepted.

  • Please do not send items to any address not explicitly provided by our support team.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be rejected.
